Refund and return policy

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty.

Return conditions

To be accepted, the return must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition
  • The product must not have been used, modified or damaged
  • The return request must be sent by email within the 14-day period

Return procedure

  1. Contact us by email with your order number
  2. We will confirm the return procedure and shipping address
  3. Ship the product at your expense, by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt
  4. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product

Refund

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective products

If you receive a defective or damaged product during shipping, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will cover the return and replacement of the product.
